Male patient of 22 came with history of headache and one episode of generalized tonic clonic convulsions.CT Brain shows small, well defined, rounded, peripherally enhancing lesion with perilesional oedema seen at left frontal lobe region s/o Neuro cysticercosis.

Well defined large peripherally enhancing lesion with peri lesional oedema seen at left parietal lobe region causing ipsilateral compression of lateral ventricle s/o cerebral abscess.
